1. Karate Chop: Tapping this area on either hand helps release feeling stuck and promotes ease of moving forward, letting go, healing from grief, and becoming happy in the present moment.


2. Eyebrow: Tap one or both sides either at once or alternating to release trauma, hurt, and sadness and promote peace and emotional healing.


3. Side of the Eye: Tap one or both sides either at once or alternating to release resentment and anger and promote clarity and compassion.


4. Under the Eye: Tap one or both sides eitehr at once or alternating to release fear and anxiety and promote feelings of contentment, calmness, and safety.

5. Under the Nose: Tap with just a couple of fingers to release shame and powerlessness and promote self-acceptance, self-empowerment, and compassion for self and others.


6. Under the Mouth: Tap with just a couple of fingers to release confusion and uncertainty and promote clarity, certainty, confidence, and self-acceptance.


7. Collarbone: Tap with a few fingers or your whole hand to release the feeling of being stuck, promote ease in moving forward, and boost confidence and clarity.


8. Under the Arm:
Tap with all your fingers or your whole hand to release guilt, worry, and obsessing and promote clarity, confidence, relaxation and compassion for self and others.

9. Top of the Head:
Tap your hand or fingertips at the very top of your head to open the crown chakra and promote spiritual connection while anchoring in the new balance and alignment from the tapping round just completed.
